We’re thrilled that you’re signing up for Summer Festival Camp! It’s going to be an incredible few days filled with fun, friendship, and unforgettable memories.

Please complete this form as thoroughly as you can, and don’t forget to invite your friends—everyone is welcome!

**Roommates:** You do not need to choose a roommate in advance. However, if there is someone you already know you’d like to room with, please let us know.

**Transportation:** We rely on parent drivers to help us get to and from camp. Please let us know if you’re available to drive on Sunday to camp or on Wednesday for the return trip (we’re typically ready to leave Gustavus around 11:00am).

We will depart for camp immediately after second service on Sunday, July 12th. We’ll make a stop at the Candy Store in Jordan, MN, so please send your student with a little spending money.

A detailed packing list, camp guidelines, and additional logistics will be mailed out in late June.
